UNCLE YANKEYS PEPPER SAUCE ISNT JUST DELICIOUS ITS PEPPERLICIOUS

I remember growing up and sometimes having nothing to eat more than some rice ...but to make it taste good I would always add some pepper sauce to it.After moving to the US, from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago, I longed for the taste of home. Pepper sauce was and still is a staple in my diet and was particularly special to me, as it brought me back to my "chow" making days. Chow is a commonly used fresh seasoning blend that you add to any fruit mix and to that mix, I would add a heaping amount of pepper that enhances the flavor of that chow. I tried time and time again to find a pepper sauce that would match the taste of home and sadly, I was unsuccessful. I soon realized that I had no choice but to craft my own. I knew I had to get this right and make a pepper sauce that brought out the flavors of my Caribbean roots. I wanted a pepper sauce that would have the pallet bursting with great robust flavors, that could only have been found in the Caribbean, I set out to recreate these profound memories by staying true to my culture and incorporating fresh fruits, fresh seasonings and only the BEST peppers available. Uncle Yankey's Pepper Sauce was created in the midst of the Covid pandemic and although it was very intimidating at first, I went along with my dream of bringing this piece of home to the US and share with others. I am so glad I am able to share with others and bring them as much satisfaction as I get when enjoying the flavors that create my fruit/vegetable based pepper sauces. We believe people have the wrong idea of what the right pepper sauce can do to a meal; with the heat that comes with enjoying good Pepper Sauces these accompanying additions are typically seen as aggressive, just to be hot.
